Mark as Useful This woman claiming to be from Bank of America asked for my dad's number, saying how it was weird that my number was down as his business number. My dad never did that.

Mark as Useful Called telling me that I owe over $3,000.00 to some credit card.
They said that the last contact w/ me was and now, after I have gone bankrupt (very recently) they are calling about a card, first saying they were collecting a debt for First Financial Holdings, and later saying HSBC.
When I called back later, now they say it was turned over to them and they are just getting in touch with me today.
Very, Very, Rude representives, or cons, whatever, in this day and age you never know who are speaking with.
But our government lets cons get away with all kind of stuff.
Companies are allowed to sell your info. to other companies without your knowledge, but yet at times, you are asked to sign off on Hippa Privacy when you see your doctor, what privacy?
Thats a joke.
